The Miami (Ohio) RedHawks will host the Buffalo Bulls at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday night at Fred C. Yager Stadium in Oxford, Ohio. The game serves as a pivotal test for both programs as they attempt to secure positions in the Mid-American Conference standings.

Miami enters the contest as a 6-point favorite, with the total points over/under set at 44.5. The RedHawks, currently 5-3 overall and 3-1 in conference play, have won three consecutive games. They have won three of their four home games in 2026.

Buffalo also holds a 5-3 overall record and is 3-1 in the MAC. The Bulls are tied with Miami and two other teams for third in the league. They are coming off a 31-24 victory over Bowling Green on Oct. 24. Buffalo is 1-2 in its road games this season.

The SportsLine Projection Model, which simulates every FBS game 10,000 times, favors the Over 44.5 points. The model projects 50 combined points in the game. The Over has hit in six of the last 10 head-to-head matchups and in six of the last 10 games for each team.

Miami (Ohio) ranks third in the MAC in scoring, averaging 27 points per game. Buffalo sits sixth in the conference with an average of 22.6 points. The model expects Buffalo quarterback Jason Wright to throw for more than 175 yards and one touchdown. Wright has accumulated 987 passing yards and seven touchdowns on the season.

The model also projects Miami (Ohio) quarterback Caleb Heavner to throw for over 215 yards and two scores. The projection system is on an 80-77 run on top-rated college football picks entering Week 10. The Over represents the value side in 64% of the simulations.
