For the next three days, the Hilton Tel Aviv will host a gathering of 350 business leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs from more than 15 countries. The event, scheduled for November 1 through 3, marks the first Taglit Global Business Summit organized by Birthright Israel. Organizers say the meeting is designed to connect international capital with Israeli innovation and philanthropy.

The opening night on November 1 will focus on recognition. President Isaac Herzog is expected to address the crowd alongside long-time supporters, including Dr. Miriam Adelson. The evening will also feature Meir Shamir, chairman of the Israeli Board of Donors, and Josh Nash, international chairman of Birthright Israel. Representatives from major corporations such as NVIDIA, Wiz, Elbit Systems, El Al, and monday.com are confirmed attendees.

The main business agenda unfolds on November 2. Speakers will include Sir Ronald Cohen, co-founder of Apax Partners, and Eyal Waldman, founder of Mellanox. The lineup also features Yinon Costica, co-founder of Wiz, and Sean Rad, founder of Tinder. Other participants include Amit Krig, NVIDIA's Israel site leader, and former Mossad director Yossi Cohen. The session aims to explore topics ranging from impact investing to public policy.

A key theme of the summit is the personal connection formed through the organization's travel programs. Attendees will hear from alumni who have become prominent figures in technology and sports. Avinatan Or, an NVIDIA engineer held captive for 738 days after the October 7, 2023, attacks, will share his experience. Moran Samuel, a Paralympic basketball player and world champion rower, will also speak about her work with Jewish communities worldwide.

Gidi Mark, the global chief executive of Birthright Israel, described the event as a natural extension of the group's mission. He noted that bringing global leaders to the country serves as a statement of confidence in its future. Ethy Levy, vice president of global resource development, added that informal conversations during the summit could lead to new business partnerships or investments in the next generation of Israeli companies.

The final day, November 3, moves the focus from the conference hall to the field. Participants will visit Israeli companies, innovation centers, and communities involved in recovery efforts. They will also volunteer alongside current participants and meet organizations that have received support since the war began. This site visit component builds on the group's existing Business Forum, which currently includes nearly 60 Israeli firms.

Birthright Israel has operated since 1999, sponsoring travel for nearly one million young adults from 70 nations. The organization estimates that its programs have contributed approximately $2.6 billion to the Israeli economy over the past 26 years through local spending. A study released in March 2026 by Brandeis University found that political connection to Israel rose 60% among liberal participants, compared to a 26% decline among non-participants.
