Sean Combs is set to leave federal custody on February 6, 2028, a date that arrives three weeks ahead of his previous schedule.

The change follows his move from FCI Fort Dix to FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania. Before the transfer, his release was slated for March 2, 2028. That date had already slipped from an earlier projection of January 21, 2028, after he accrued disciplinary violations at his former facility. Combs began serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix last October.

During his stay at Fort Dix, Combs received multiple write-ups. He was placed in the Special Housing Unit twice in recent months following two separate fights. The most recent incident was documented on September 30. Following that altercation, reports suggested he suffered a head injury and was hospitalized over the weekend. Combs’ family acknowledged the hospital visit but rejected the claim that he fought. The Bureau of Prisons also stated the fight did not occur, noting instead that he was transferred to Allenwood a few weeks after his violations.

The disciplinary actions cost Combs 41 days of good-time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges. The earlier release date indicates he has since maintained good behavior at the Pennsylvania facility.

The next milestone for Combs is his scheduled departure from FCI Allenwood on February 6, 2028.
